🍅 Jersey Fresh Harvest of the Month: September! 🍅
This month, we’re featuring tomatoes and giving our students and staff the chance to try Gazpacho tomorrow, Tuesday, September 29th!
After tasting in the cafeteria, grab a token and share your opinion: I Like It, I Love It, or Not for Me! 💚

Mrs. Strain and Ms. Fallow’s 3rd-grade classes had a wonderful time celebrating Dolly Day (9/25)! In this SEL lesson, the students learned about Dolly Parton’s inspiring life and the importance of determination, kindness, positivity, and never giving up.
Students wrote and drew pictures about ways they can show kindness and ways they can tackle hard things, even when it means “working 9 to 5”! They also designed and decorated their own guitars with motivational symbols, encouraging words, and phrases inspired by Dolly’s love of music.
The students learned about Dolly’s kind and giving heart and how she used her success to help others. They discussed how sometimes we have to “put up with the rain if you want the rainbow” and that even during the hardest times, “every little thing is gonna be alright.”
It was a fun-filled day of learning, creativity, music, and reminders to work hard, be kind, stay positive, and keep believing in ourselves! 🎶❤️🌈

Please be reminded that today is a half day. Dismissal will begin at approximately 107pm. Buses will leave here at approximately 120pm. Please be patient with our drivers and buses.
Parents with a child in prek, please make sure to have your child's prek pick up pass in order to get your child off the bus. No prek student will be released off the bus to anyone without that pass. If you do not have a prek bus pass please contact the front office to have one made. This is a safety requirement.
