The flu is definitely not on our "Must Play" list, so let's work together to keep it away from our hallways. Here are a few simple ways to be a Health Hero:
Wash Those Talons: Use water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
The "Wing-Shield" Cough: Always cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hands.
Fuel Your Flight: Eat your veggies, drink plenty of water, and get lots of sleep so your body is ready to fight off germs.
Stay in the Nest: If you’re feeling under the weather, stay home and rest! We’ll be here to welcome you back once you're 100%.
